Mayur has over 15 years of work experience of which he has spent 6 years in International BPO/KPO industry. In his current role he is heading Business Operations for Global ProServ.

Mayur has held various leadership positions serving multiple clients in different industry verticals and functions. He has demonstrated leadership skills and excellence in Business Management, Service Delivery and Product Management.

As head of Operations Management for a leading BPO, Mayur was instrumental in transforming key client processes of different Fortune 500 clients to consistently beat performance benchmarks and win customer appreciation.

Mayur has the ability to understand the voice of the customer and quickly translate that into actions. He is good at building large teams that deliver sustainable value to clients and the organization.

Mayur is a graduate in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and M.B.A. in Marketing Management from University of Pune.

Shariq has 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Global Outsourcing Relationships and Strategic Account Management. He has been associated with the Global group for 10 years of which the last 6 years have been in the outsourcing industry.

As Director of Client Services for GTL BPO Shariq has played a key role in building and managing key relationships across strategic accounts in North America. His uncompromising approach and quest for customer delight has helped clients manage efficiencies and save cost. This has created several new business opportunities for the clients.

Based in Frisco, TX, Shariq has global responsibility for Marketing, Pre-Sales, Client Acquisition and Strategic Account Management.

Shariq holds a Masters degree in Commerce (M.Com) from University of Mumbai.

Sameer has rich experience of 17 years in finance and accounting out of which 5 years has been within the BPO industry. In his current role Sameer is responsible for Finance and Accounts, Operations Support and Commercial functions.

His ability to build synergies with the operation teams and organize physical and financial resources in time has enabled seamless business operations.

Sameer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from University of Mumbai.

Virender has over 10 years of rich experience in project management, client care, operations planning and quantitative analytics. He has been working with Global group since last five years. His strengths lie in planning, process design & deployment, analytical problem solving, quality improvement techniques, process control and project management tools.

In his current role Virender is responsible for process design, deployment, operations, service delivery and SLA management.

He has participated in International training seminar on Statistics and Modeling organized by Direct Marketing Association of USA at New York in 2005. In addition, he is a Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University.

Virender is a postgraduate in Management from IIT Bombay’s School of Management with specialization in Operations and Finance. At IIT he was awarded the institute Gold Medal for being the outstanding management student. He graduated as Mechanical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal in 1998 where he was awarded the institute Gold Medal for academic excellence.
